The three fun day event kicks off with Summer Nights on Central which includes Happy Hour shopping, Vendors, and a Concert Thursday night June 13th featuring 8th Hour on the stage in downtown Valley City.Bridge City Cruisers Show and Shine Loud Pipes contest and Balance Beam competition at Stoudt Miller Inc. on Friday, June 14th followed by a Cruise down Central Avenue and free Drive-in Movie “Herbie Fully Loaded” in City Park. Registration starts at 5pm at Stoudt Miller Inc.Peggy Lee Concert Friday at 7pm in the Larry J. Robinson Center for the Arts.

On Saturday, June 15th Barnes County Municipal Airport Fly-In Drive-In Pancake breakfast 7am to 9:30am. Proceeds benefit Valley City Hi-Lite Team. Bill Jansen Road Race 8am register at Charlie Brown memorial baseball field. Food and Craft vendors in Veterans Park. Parade Starts at 10am down Central Avenue. Music by local artists on Main Street. Rally in the Valley Car Show. Kids Games in Veterans Park. Ice cream and pie social on the front lawn of the Valley City Barnes County Public Library from 11am to 3pm. Valley City Saints vs. Aberdeen Circus Sports Bar at Charlie Brown Memorial Baseball field. Duckin’ Down the Sheyenne City Park Walk Bridge at 1:30pm. Corn hole Tournament Main Street starts at 4pm. Street dance featuring “The Trainwrecks” on Main Street starts at 9pm.
