The Transparent Watercolors Workshop has been rescheduled to Saturday, November 9th at the Oakes Community Center.

Get your chance to create art elements that are transparent, opaque or sedimentary and learn the why’s, when’s and how’s of using watercolors. The class is being taught by Fargo acrylic and watercolor artist Sandra Miles.
