The first annual River Fest will be held Saturday, August 3rd in Valley City and at Fort Ransom State Park.
A World Record Canoeing & Kayaking Launch starts at 9am at the National Fish Hatchery northwest of Valley City and also at Fort Ransom State Park.
Booths with US Army Corps of Engineers and ND Game & Fish Department and other entities will be set up in Chautauqua Park Valley City from 10am to 2pm. For more details about River Fest contact Mary Lee Nielson at 701-840-1580.
