If you are a qualified voter in ND, you can participate and vote for the Democratic candidate of your choice, in person at the ND Democratic caucus. Location of voting is the District 24 Dem-NPL Headquarters inside the Straus Mall, on Central Avenue in Valley City; from 11 am to 7 pm.
