The Monroe Doctrine Bluegrass Band will perform in concert on Thursday, December 5 at 7:00 pm at the Vault Coffee Shop in Valley City. The concert will include Christmas sing-a-long numbers beginning at 7:30 pm. The concert is free of charge and free will donations are appreciated.
