The Monroe Doctrine Bluegrass Band will perform in concert on Thursday, July 18 at the Vault Coffee Shop and Arts Center in Valley City  from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Admission is free with donations accepted for travel expenses. This Thursday’s concert is the last in the band’s long-running “Coffee House Series” The music is traditional bluegrass, old-time and country, and some originals played on fiddle, banjo, mandolin, guitar, and upright bass.
