The Thursday, July 21 Monroe Doctrine Bluegrass Band concert regularly held at the Vault Coffee Shop has been moved to Brockopp Brewery, 114 E Main St, Valley City. The concert will be from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm and was moved due to the rock concert being held on Central Avenue. Free-will donations are appreciated.
