The Monroe Doctrine Bluegrass Band will perform in concert on Thursday, December 7 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at Valley City’s Vault Coffee Shop. The concert will feature traditional bluegrass music as well as some Christmas music. Admission is free with donations appreciated to cover expenses.
