Valley City Parks and Recreation is hosting a food drive for the Barnes County Food Pantry. Items that can be donated include canned items, pastas, macaroni and cheese, baking mixes, juice in bottles, cereal, hygiene products, toilet paper, paper towels, and monetary donations to help pay for fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, milk, etc. Please ensure items are not expired or open. Donations can be brought to the Gaukler Family Wellness Center at 733 8^th Ave. SW. through October 28^th, 2022. Donations will also be accepted during the Trunk or Treat event happening October 28^th.“
