Help support CHI Health at Home – Hospice with the upcoming golf scramble on August 2nd at the Carrington CrossRoads Golf Club.
The 18 hole, 4-Person Scramble costs $60 per person and includes a meal after the tournament. You can qualify to win $5000 on 50 ft. Putt contest.

Proceeds will go directly to the Carrington Hospice agency and will be used to provide hospice care to people throughout the communities that the agency serves.
