City, N.D. – Charges are pending against a 21-year-old Enderlin man wanted on a felony charge of Gross Sexual Imposition stemming from an incident in Ransom County.

Police acting on a warrant, arrested Brandon Scott Schafer near a youth recreation center last night in Valley City. Authorities say the man also faces a charge of “Luring a Minor via of a Computer.”
