N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Public School District has announced registration for kindergarten students will start January 4th, 2016.

Parents will need to set up an appointment to register their children for kindergarten in the 2016-2017 year. The program is District-wide and students may be required to attend the kindergarten program in a school other than their neighborhood school. Assignments will be made June 2016 and parents will be notified by mail.

Children who will be five years of age by August 1st, 2016 are eligible. A child’s birth certificate and certified immunization records will be needed.

First grade registration will begin with appointments between January 25th through the 29th. To set up an appointment or for more information, call 701-252-1950.
