N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – FARRMS in Medina is now accepting applications for students to learn hands-on farming and ranching skills with their internship program.
Beginning farmers and ranchers will receive real world training in sustainable agriculture though the educational program. Sue Balcom with FARRMS stated that individuals can choose the type of farm and farming they would like to learn.
Balcom stated that individuals have applied from California to Florida and that they’re really just looking for that experience.
Interns will be placed with potential farms after applying and should be placed by May 15th. You can click here for more information.
