CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Authorities say a Cooperstown woman was seriously injured in a one vehicle crash 9 miles north of Valley City around 7:30am yesterday.

Barnes County Sheriff Randy McClalflin said the driver drifted off the road hit a farmstead approach and vaulted some 70 feet before the vehicle landed on its wheels.

The Highway Patrol says 28 year-old Katie Hedstrom was transported to a Fargo hospital.  Her condition has not been released.
