N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Are you prepared for emergencies that could happen at any time?

The Stutsman County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) has been working on a new edition of “Are You Prepared?” booklets, which were originally distributed back in 2007. According to Emergency Manager Jerry Bergquist, the booklet will arrive in all Stutsman County addresses on Thursday, November 19th.

Bergquist also pointed out that residents are encouraged to hold on to the books and keep them for reference. That’s why they are being distributed throughout the county.

The LEPC is comprised of Jerry Bergquist, Assistant Manager Sarah Van De Velde, Tami Dillman, Frank Balak and Beth Dewald. A story will be posted later this week explaining the booklet in full.
