Louise Lee, 71, was granted her angel wings on Wednesday, October 28th, 2015 at her home in Fargo, ND.  “Donna” was born on June 11, 1944 to Harvey and Olive Aman in Bremerton, WA.  On September 3, 1960 she married the love of her life, Curtis Lee. They called Valley City, Tower City, Carrington and Jamestown home for the 52 years they were together.  Curtis passed away in 2012.

Donna’s final days were spent surrounded by family and friends; she touched the lives of many through her lifetime.  Although her life was cut short, she was able to live it to the fullest, savoring and cherishing every moment.  She understood that quality of life was more important than the amount of years lived here on earth.  She loved to spend time with friends and family, gardening, reading and traveling.  During her illness, she spent most of her time with family and friends – hosting and spending quality time with them.  Although her frail body began to give up to the disease, her fighting spirit led to her living longer than expected before peacefully ascending to heaven, where she is no longer suffering.

Donna is survived by her daughter Dianne (Donald) Bear of Jamestown, ND; grand children Hannah McInnes of Bismarck, ND, Adrian McInnes of Des Moines IA, Alex McInnes of Jamestown, ND, Chanteal Lee and Marquee Lee of Palm Springs, CA; step-children Curtis (Jill) Bear, Fort Collins, CO, Andrew (Jamie) Bear, Jamestown, ND, Dona (Richard) Schock, Kindred, ND, and Joseph (Lenae) Bear, Jamestown, ND; great grandchildren Bailey and Brianna Schock, Jacie and Brinley Bear, and Maxwell and Kora Bear; and her Husband in Christ for 2 years, Dennis Richman of Fargo, ND.

She is preceded in death by her husband Curtis Lee, son Steven Lee, infant daughter Linda Lee, son-in-law Kim McInnes, parents and a brother.
