ROCKFORD, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A preliminary hearing for a New Rockford man accused of killing a Pingree man during a wedding has been rescheduled.
The hearing for 51 year-old David Troske was originally scheduled for today in Southeast District court in Eddy County. Troske is facing charges for allegedly shooting and killing 41 year-old Donnie Perleberg and wounding 51 year-old Mary Seiler at a wedding reception on September 6th this year. Troske currently remains in custody with bail set at $2 million.
The hearing has been rescheduled to December 18th in New Rockford.
