N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Many individuals in the area may have received an Amber Alert on their smart phone Saturday when three year-old Andrew Wollin and his mother went missing in Fargo.
According to authorities, the father took Andrew to his mother, who does not have custody of him. The two went missing in Fargo at around 6:15 PM Saturday. An Amber Alert was issued as Andrew was believed to have been abducted or endangered.
