CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The city is sending out notices to clean up commercial and residential property of debris and idle vehicles not properly stored for the winter.

City Building Inspector Dave Andersen said a few notices have been issued and more will be for some residents in Valley City. He also talked about the number of homes that have been removed this year.
