ND (NewsDakota.com) In a District 5 meeting last night at Carrington High School, the Tornadoes of Oakes beat Carrington 3-2 (25-17, 17-25, 25-23, 22-25, 15-10). Carrington drops to 4-2 and 21-4 overall, Oakes is now 5-1 in District 5.
Maara Nelson had 16 kills and 17 digs for the Cards, Taylor Kutz added 14 kills and 16 digs. Abigail Jarrett had 40 assits. For Oakes, Jordyn Seyer had 18 kills and three aces, Bella Hanson had 52 assists.
