CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The popular “Ruckus at the Rec” carnival was held in Valley City at the Park N Rec Center Gym for boys and girls ages 2 through 6th grade. Several participants brought non-perishable food items to benefit the Barnes County Food Pantry.
