CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A man and a woman have been sentenced for crimes committed in Barnes County earlier this year.

According to the news release, Barnes County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 38 year-old Nicholas Cascone and 29 year-old Autumn Lynn Rasmusson for stealing a vehicle, burglarizing a farmstead and stealing tools and firearms.

The Barnes County State’s Attorney’s Office said Cascone was sentenced to 16 months with credit for 124 days served at the North Dakota State Penitentiary.

Rasmusson was sentenced to 24 months with credit for 135 days served at the North Dakota State Penitentiary.
