N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Interstate Engineering Board of Directors has announced the promotion of Tara McGregor to the position of Director of Human Resources.

McGregor joined Interstate Engineering in 2011 as Assistant Administrative Manager. In 2013, she was promoted to Administrative Manager.

“Tara’s role within Interstate Engineering has included many human resource functions such as benefits administration and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) oversight. As our company grows, the need for an HR point person has grown. We feel the addition of this position, as well as placing Tara within this role will enhance our already vibrant corporate culture,” said Chairman of the Board Daren Peterka.

McGregor earned her BA degree in Business Administration and Political Science/History from Jamestown College.
