N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown woman’s viral video is making the rounds on Facebook to help raise awareness of Huntington’s Disease.
Chantelle Wilhelm-Williams created a three and a half minute video dedicated to her father, Dan Wilhelm, after he lost his battle with Huntington’s Disease at the age of 55. The video features Chantelle with her displaying written words telling her story and how the disease has affected her personally. It has no spoken word and is accompanied by only music.
The video was posted on September 16th and has since generated 14,332 views and nearly 300 shares on Facebook.
A 5K Walk/Run is scheduled to be held at Don Wilhelm’s in Jamestown on September 26th. The run will raise money and awareness of Huntington’s Disease.
