CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Hi-Liners cross country teams hosted the Bill Jansen Blue White Meet on Saturday. Twenty-two teams competed in the meet was held at Bjornson Golf Course. Next meet is this Thursday at Casselton.
