(NewsDakota.com) Grayson Roney threw for 170 yards and two touchdowns, as the Oakes High School football team picked up a 35-16 victory versus Fargo Oak Grove on Friday night at Cummings Field.
The Tornadoes (2-2, 1-0 Class A Region I) scored the first 12 points in the contest in the first quarter and never looked back. Oakes only managed 53 yards on the ground during the game, but was able to score two touchdowns.
Oak Grove was able to score once in the second and again in the fourth quarter.
