Thoughts:
Fargo North is on another level of intensity. They are a notch above us, Sheyenne, West Fargo, Wahpeton, and I would even say Red River. We can get to that level. We saw it. We want it. We will get there. Fargo North came in and beat us with their intensity.
We were in every doubles match, dropping all three first sets by one break at 6-4. All in all, we lost 8 sets by only one break. That’s a tough line, but a line that shows that we are right there in the EDC.
A switch has flipped for Collin. He is now moving and stepping into his shots. The first set was shaky as it was the first time doing this. He looked more comfortable and in control in the second set. His teammates saw the difference in his game and were impressed.
Dalton and Hunter both had times today where they played to win and times where they played not to lose. When we played not to lose, we lost. When we played to win, we won. We need to play every point of every match up and down the line-up to win if we are going to make noise in the these next couple weeks.
We go to Davies is on Thursday. This is a big match for EDC seeding purposes!

Thoughts:
Trevor has started to practice with the varsity and looked very good playing with a great doubles partner in Hale. He is getting a taste of the upper level and is making the most of it!
Jack had a nail biter of a singles match and pulled it out. He dual sports with cross-country and also played up with the varsity today. We are glad to have him and he is enjoying tennis as well.
