CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) The parking situation surrounding the campus of Valley City State University is a bit tricky these days as work on the permanent flood protection project flood wall continues on College Street.

VCSU president Dr. Tisa Mason said university officials are asking students and staff members to exercise patience during the fall of 2015.
