N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is warning Jamestown residents of a new registered and convicted sex offender living within the city.

29 year-old Justin Michael McGregor resides at Starlite Motel #12. He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Daktoa Risk Level Committee. He was charged with Gross Sexual Imposition in 1999 after he be a 10 year-old boy on the penis and also fondled a 5 year-old girl inside her underwear. He was also charged with Corruption/Solicitation of a Minor in 2010 after he was found folding and making out with a 16 year-old girl.

Mr. McGregor is not wanted at this time and is currently serving his sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety only and not increase fear in the community. Attempts to harass, intimidate, or threaten the offender will result in immediate prosecution.
