N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Rural Fire Department was called to a semi trailer on fire Thursday afternoon at around 3:35 PM.
According to reports, the rig pulled off the Interstate onto the Exit 248 off-ramp. Firefighters learned that the unit had a tire blow out and that’s what started the fire. The driver was able to disconnect the trailer from the truck and remove a backhoe that was on the trailer. The semi did not sustain any damage.
