CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Parking on the VCSU campus is going to be tight this fall due to the construction of the permanent flood protection wall. Project manager KLJ engineer Chad Petersen said some of the work should be completed by the end of September and could help alleviate some parking issues.
Meanwhile VCSU officials are working to help reduce the stress behind the parking lot situation this fall. VCSU president Dr. Tisa Mason said it will be a struggle for students and staff members this fall when it comes to parking but we are working to come up with a few solutions to help students and staff members.
The first phase of the permanent flood wall construction project and river bank erosion prevention work is underway on the VCSU campus.
