N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – With the recent approval of the Land Use & Transportation Plan, new projects have been proposed that include a new hotel, convention center and retail center development west of the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

Projects have received approval from the Stutsman County Water Resource board and an apartment complex near the Jamestown Regional Airport has gotten plat approval from the Jamestown Planning Commission.

The project west of the hospital would have a 140-bed hotel, 20,000 square foot retail store, and a total of 133 apartments, two restaurants and a medical practice building. The apartment near the airport would be 500 units.
