CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Congratulations to the Dirty Birds they are the 2015 Men’s Softball League Champions also known as the Eagles/Raven team.
They defeated Boomers Corner Keg/Dakota Plain Cooperative 17 to 7 on July 28.
Meanwhile John Deere Seeding took 3rd place with a 2 to 1 win over Quality Alignment/Nubar on July 28.
And Boomers Corner Keg/Grotberg Electric won the consolation game with a 22 to 12 win over Christensen Trucking/Nubar.

In other sporting news VCPR will be hosting the Women’s Rec 1 State softball tournament on August 8-9 at the College Complex in Valley City. So far 14 teams will be playing in this tournament.
And Valley City CO-ED softball will start next week and they will be playing on Wednesday nights.
