N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – As a recent recipient of a 2015 ArtPlace America Grant, the Jamestown Arts Center now has the necessary funds to begin work on their Arts Park in the downtown area.

Executive Director Cyndi Wish stated that the center was very excited to be selected as a recipient of a ArtsPlace America Grant and that work would potentially begin this week on the Arts Park. Wish also stated that the space will be open for community gatherings and events in the future.

Wish pointed out that numerous events could be held at the park once it is complete and the project will bring residents together in a space they could share.
