 CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) A kick-off to the Rally in the Valley and the Barnes County Relay for Life was held in downtown Valley City on June 18.

Music, classic cars, food and fun entertained the crowd on a beautiful evening in downtown Valley City. Here are a few highlights from that event.
