ASHTABULA, ND – (NewsDakota.com) More than 100 electrical customers were without power for more than two hours yesterday on the east side of Lake Ashtabula. The outage happened around 9am and power was restored shortly after 11am yesterday.

Cass County Electric Spokeswoman Trudy Wanner tells KOVC Radio that the outage was caused by a tree that fell on a power line.

She said power was restored to the final customer shortly after 11am. The outage affected about 112 Cass County Electric customers.
