(NewsDakota.com) Adam Stenson stuck out 15 batters, and allowed only four hits as Enderlin Post 221 defeated LaMoure Post 19 12-2 on Wednesday night.
Stenson allowed two runs, both scored in the first inning, and settled down nicely in the middle innings, including putting down nine in a row, eight via a strikeout. Offensively, Post 221 had eight hits off of Brady Warken, with Jorun Hamre registering three of the hits.
The LaMoure starter struck out 10, but had little to no help with run support, and the defense committed seven errors.
It’s a quick turn around for Post 19 as they hosts Ellendale Thursday and Hankinson-Fairmount on Friday.
