N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The 21st Annual Jamestown Kite Festival that’s hosted by the Jamestown Parks and Recreation Department and Wings on Strings Kite Club is expected to be the largest one yet.
Founding member and President of the Wings on Strings Kite Club Mike Gee, stated that you’d have to travel pretty far in order to find entertainment like this in the U.S.
The festival is expected to bring in large crowds from all over the U.S. Mike stated that there were already groups from California and Colorado in town and ready to take part in the festivities.
The event will be from June 12th through the 14th at Meidinger Park and will be open to all.
