CITY (NewsDakota.com) The bats were in full swing for the Valley City High School softball team against the Fargo North Spartans.
The Hi-Liners won game one 14-4 in six innings and were able to complete the sweep with a 23-11 win in six innings for the night cap.
Valley City is now 13-11 Overall and 8-5 in the Eastern Dakota Conference.
The Hi-Liners return to the diamond on Saturday against the Fargo South Bruins in Fargo.
