(Ret) Richard A. Starke, age 83 of Helena, MT died there December 25, 2014.  Graveside services with military honors will be conducted at 11AM Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Memory Gardens Cemetery near Valley City, ND.  Lerud-Schuldt Funeral Home is handling local arrangements.
