ND – In recognition of Earth Day, Bill Davis, USDA Rural Development acting state director, today announced million in financing to improve water services for rural residents in the state.
The Barnes Rural Water District received $1,964,200 loan to expand water services to 214 users in the city of Kathryn and the surrounding area.
And the North Central Rural Water Consortium II received $2,311,769 loan to expand water services to 250 users in the Granville, Deering, and Surrey areas.
