(NewsDakota.com) The Northern Cass Jaguars earned their second win in Class B Region I play in as many games after a 15-1 victory over LaMoure-Litchville/Marion on Tuesday at Townsend Field.

Northern Cass registered four runs in the first innings, two runs in the second, a run in the third, and erupted for eight runs in the seventh. Every batter reached base for the Jaguars at some point in the game. Tanner Leahy and Hunter Ward each scored three runs, with Ward having a double and a single. Brennan Thompson was the winning pitcher with 11 strikeouts surrendering the lone run on two hits.

The Loboes, who have fallen to 0-3 in Region I, scored their lone run in the sixth from Anthony Olson. Parker Stemen fell to 0-2 in Region I starts on the mound; going three innings with six earned runs allowed on seven hits and two strikeouts.
