JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Kiwanis Club has announced their donation of $10,000 to the Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo.
According to President Jan Barnes, an anonymous donor had donated some money to the Jamestown Kiwanis Club and they wanted to pass it on. Hillery Mork with Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo spoke and presented a film to the club about their mission.
“There was a film that left no one with a dry eye. They do so much for children around the state, including Jamestown. They have many specialists there for all kinds of diseases.” Jan stated.
The club discussed this and decided to donate $10,000 to their cause. Hillery accepted the donation from the club on March 9th in Jamestown.
