CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Valley City State University President Tisa Mason expressed her enthusiasm and concern on future capital improvement projects in the planning stage on the campus during an interview with Steve Urness on KOVC Radio’s Voice of The Valley.

Mason talked about good enrollment figures, funding for capital improvement projects that are on hold in the legislature and why Foss Music Hall will have to be removed because of the permanent flood protection project in the city of Valley City.

State Senator Larry Robinson of Valley City said that all capital improvement project requests across the state are now on hold until the end of the legislative session.
