CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Snow Week kicks off Monday, February 9 with the Community Pep Fest & Coronation Ceremony. The Pep Fest will be at 7:00 pm in the Hi-Liner Activity Center.

The DECA store will be open throughout the evening for the public to purchase Hi-Liner apparel. Following coronation at 8:00, the public is encouraged to stay for the annual Junior vs. Senior Boys PowderBuff Volleyball game, a fundraiser for the VCHS Student Council in the Hi Liner Activity Center. Tickets are $4.
