Work will be done on 4th Avenue Southeast between the viaduct and 2nd Street Southeast. They will also be cleaning from 4th Avenue to 7th Avenue Southeast on 2nd Street Southeast. Traffic may be congested at times due to utility work that is expected to last five days, depending on weather conditions.
