N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A single vehicle rollover crash killed one man and injured another man near Dazey.

The Highway Patrol say 33 year-old passenger Brent Siverson of Casselton was pronounced dead at the scene on Saturday.

The driver 30 year-old Christopher Weller of Dazey was northbound on Highway 26 when he lost control of the vehicle, went into a ditch, rolled and landed on its roof around 8:45pm.

The Highway Patrol says alcohol was a factor in the crash and Weller is facing a charge of DUI. Neither man was wearing a seatbelt. Roads were slippery at the time of the crash.
