N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Foster County is continuing to rebuild their local government after several resignations.

At their recent Commissioner meeting, Carrington resident Pat Copenhaver was introduced as the newest Foster County Commissioner. He was appointed and sworn in yesterday and will finish out the remaining two years of ex-commissioner Les Greger.

Also announced during the meeting was Jess Earle as the new Emergency Manager and Leasa Lura as the new Clerk of Court.
