N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Residents of Jamestown with the resolution of living a healthier life are encouraged to join the New Year, New You Challenge from the JRMC this year.
Cardiopulmonary Rehab Manager Emily Kjelland with the JRMC stated that the challenge was a great way for members of the community to begin meeting their resolutions head on and begin living healthier lives. The challenge is an 8 week program that will challenge teams to get healthier in many different ways. Kjelland also stated that with the team aspect of the challenge, it’d be a great way for an individual to succeed.
