N.D. (AP) – A judge has set bail at 0,000 for a man accused in a sexual assault case involving three North Dakota State University students.

KFGO radio reports that 39-year-old Stanley Busche of rural Argusville appeared in court on Monday.

Police say the three students were attacked Dec. 20 when a man entered an unlocked door of their ground-floor apartment near campus and ordered them to strip at knife point. Police say the man sexually assaulted at least one of the women, and one was injured during a struggle.

Busche told a judge Monday that he’s not a violent person and he plans to hire his own attorney.

Busche faces charges of gross sexual imposition, attempted sexual imposition and terrorizing.
